September 2017 - Sardinia  Since long time we planned this travel, but it was   Thomas who mainly actively was working on it. Ferry  boat, Hotel accommodastions, and finally a van as  well as the daily tracks on the isle were organised    by him.  On Friday the motor bikes were loaded on the van  and on Saturday morning we started travelling.  Passing over the San Bernadino we went to Livorno,  from where the ferry over night brought us to Golfo  Aranci.  We had 4 nights at the Hotel Cardedu (South of  Arbatax) and 2 nights at the Agriturismo-Hotel  "Pedru Caddu" near Tula (North part of the isle).  Every day we made about 300km-tours on these  phantastic curvy roads and all this under best  wheather conditions. Summed up to 1879km finally.  Then back home on Saturday/Sunday and filled  with long lasting marvellous memories.
