July 2018 - New Motorbike  Beginning July Thomas and I started for a longtime  before planned travel to France (Savoie - Vercors)  and unfortunately the first day it happened: Gravels  in a bend caused zero grip and made me sliding on  the right side for about 50m over a rough road  surface. With this the travel plans ended and an  insurance  helped me to come home by  conventional means of transportation. The good  news were: I  had no physical injuries.  But at home it was found that the residual value of  the bike was lower than potential repair costs. So  the alternative was to look for a new bike.  After a few test runs the decision for a Kawasaki   Z1000SX in silver was made.
